Brief
Butternut Box needed a live-commerce environment that could hold product demonstrations, presenters and calm dog presence without resorting to pet-shop clichés.
Design response
A circular primary zone anchors the broadcast, with preparation, presentation and a dog-height platform arranged as connected rooms within one set.
Warm lilac cues, soft curves and kitchen-inspired working details carry the brand’s character into a sophisticated, camera-ready world.
Spatial development
Clear host movement paths support conversation, tasting and product reveals while keeping sightlines open.
A stainless-toned prep counter integrates storage and demonstration moments for food, packaging and care rituals.
A low platform and resting area sit within camera range, designed for calm presence rather than spectacle.
Technical considerations
Hero, product and wide angles are planned around the circular centre so presenters, products and dogs can share the frame without congestion.
Delivery
Current development focuses on spatial massing, camera coverage and material studies.
Final photography and fabricated documentation will replace the current concept slots when available. This project has not been fabricated or completed.
Next steps
Refine detailing, confirm production requirements and develop presentation assets for stakeholder review before fabrication.
